Google Calendar Reminder Automation

Recommended setup: Make.com checks Scott's Google Calendar, then calls this CRM to send and log the reminder text through Twilio. The custom Vercel checker can remain available as a backup.

1. Google Calendar Scott adds the job with customer phone, address, and notes.
2. Make.com Scenario watches upcoming events and filters reminders due soon.
3. Twilio Text goes out before service with gate and dog instructions.
4. CRM Log Reminder history is saved beside the client and job.
24 hours before Friendly reminder that service is scheduled tomorrow.
1 hour before Unlock gates, secure dogs/animals, and clear the service area.

Make.com Event Format

Each service appointment needs the customer's phone number somewhere in the event title, description, or location so Make can extract it.
